My role
Owned the platform: scope, design decisions and rollout to stakeholder sessions.
Approach
- Chat with Claude in a side panel; the live preview updates as the app changes.
- Every turn is a git commit, so any version can be restored.
- Owners share projects as editor or viewer, and stakeholders open a live preview link with no sign-in.
- Runs on the team's existing AI subscription.
Outcome
Live prototypes in stakeholder sessions made feedback and requirement gathering 60% faster.
